Permitted use
AhoyDial is designed for lawful, person-initiated calls by individuals and small teams to real mobile and landline numbers.
Prohibited use
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, caller-ID spoofing, harassment, threats, or unlawful content.
- Automated, predictive, power, bulk, or list-based dialing.
- Attempts to call emergency, premium-rate, satellite, shared-cost, sanctioned, or deliberately unpriced routes.
- Circumventing account, device, destination, concurrency, payment, risk, or verification controls.
- Reselling or providing telecom service without written approval.
Enforcement
We may block a call, destination, payment, device, or account and preserve evidence when risk or policy controls are triggered. Customers can use the support review path for an explanation and appeal.
