Call charges
Failed calls are not settled as connected calls. Carrier-reported answered duration is charged using the quote and billing increment shown before the call. Billing errors are corrected with a traceable wallet adjustment.
Wallet credit
Unused purchased credit may be refundable where required by law and subject to payment-method, bonus-credit, fraud-review, and transaction-cost constraints. Promotional or trial credit has no cash value.
How to request review
Provide the receipt or call ID and a concise description. Support can inspect the complete call and ledger timeline without changing original records.
