Privacy Policy
Draft updated July 17, 2026
Data we process
- Account, organization, security, and device information.
- Call metadata, destination, timing, status, quality, carrier identifiers, and prices.
- Payment status and transaction identifiers; card details remain with the payment processor.
- Support, risk, consent, and audit records.
Why we process it
We use information to authenticate users, place and account for calls, prevent fraud, provide support, meet carrier and legal duties, improve quality, and maintain security.
Recordings and media
Browser audio is sent directly to the telephony carrier and is not stored by the application. Recording is disabled by default. If it is activated after legal review, the product will show consent and recording status, restrict access, and apply a retention policy.
Retention and rights
We retain only what is needed for service, security, financial records, carrier obligations, and legal holds. Valid access, export, correction, and deletion requests are handled without altering records we must preserve.
Service providers
The planned providers are Cloudflare, Neon, Twilio, Stripe, Resend, and observability vendors. The final production vendor list and transfer terms must be published before launch.
